These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sheep With Wings Inc. ("Sheep With Wings," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the MySheep website and early-access waitlist (the "Service"). By submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms. We'll publish a fuller version once the product itself launches.
You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist. If you're under 18, please get a parent or guardian's permission first.
Submitting your email doesn't create an account, guarantee access to MySheep, or promise a launch date. It means we'll email you when there's news about the product or early access.
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't obligate you to purchase anything or keep receiving emails from us. You can ask to be removed at any time at hello@mysheep.app.
You agree not to use the waitlist form to submit false information, impersonate someone else, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the Service.
The MySheep name, logo, and all content on this site (text, graphics, and design) are owned by Sheep With Wings Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, while the product is in development. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheep With Wings Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as MySheep develops. If we make material changes, we'll update the date below — continuing to use the Service afterward means you accept the updated Terms.
