Sheep With Wings Inc. ("Sheep With Wings," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MySheep website and early-access waitlist (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you join the waitlist, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We're pre-launch, so this policy is intentionally narrow to the waitlist — we'll expand it as the product grows.
The only personal data we collect through the Service is the email address you submit via the waitlist form. We don't currently ask for your name, phone number, payment information, or any other personal data.
We use your email address for one purpose: to contact you about MySheep's launch and early-access availability. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't profile or analyze your behavior with it.
If you're located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see "Your rights" below.
The site sets one cookie, to remember your language preference (English or Japanese) between visits. We don't use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies at this stage.
We don't sell or rent your email address. We may share it with the service providers that host and run this website (currently Vercel Inc., a U.S. hosting provider) solely so they can operate the infrastructure the Service runs on, not for their own purposes. We'll disclose personal data if required by law.
Sheep With Wings Inc. is based in the United States, and the infrastructure that stores and processes waitlist submissions is located there too. If you're contacting us from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
We keep your email address until we launch and reach out about early access, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@mysheep.app. If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of under the CCPA's sale/sharing provisions.
The Service isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us their email address, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy as MySheep moves from waitlist to product. If we make material changes, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email.
